The problem with these is that it don't fit iPhone pro max with a case.
Like others have said. These don't fit - in a sense that you will run into potential problems of weight or fitment issues more noticeable on the older models. I, too, had this issue while shooting with the 13 pro max. The gimbal could not rotate or move as it was suppose to do. And it would just give up and swing down. Similar case on any max models at 6.7 inches and other similar mobile phones over the ideal weight. It does have a workaround by taking off the phone case to reduce weight and bulk. And since I take this during trips and outdoor activities, I compromise on having the phone exposed to falling off or dents in general. DJI fixed these issues with the latest version 6 model so they were aware of those problems themselves. Which is good, but it took 6 generations for it to realize not all phones will fit their product. So beware if you have foldable phones, dual screens, or other funky non-conventional shaped phones.

Personally, I have the Osmo Mobile 5 and it is great for multiple uses such as taking selfies, POV, as a tripod, smoothing your mobile photography footage, and etc. I've used it for professional work and some clients and industries prefer the raw and not-so-polished look of mobile photography. Highly recommend it at this price but beware of older gen limitations and consider pairing with the right camera phone.
i've been using this with my Note 10 without issues.

but after using it with s21 Ultra and s22 Ultra, it stopped working. Motor arm makes weird noises and it wont balance anymore.

Good deal if you have small phones, for heavier phones, it wont last long.

Are these even worth it at this price? I have read such mixed reviews. Stabilization have also improved so much in modern phones.

I have a 13 pro max it works like a charm. Only downside is that I have to use DJI mimo app for it to work.
