Decent, but occasionally hits this price. Has gone as low as $32. Don't really need it but would definitely pick one up sub-$40.

$32 was once almost 3 years ago on amazon. For now, the price is 9 cents higher than the previous lowest in 2 years.

For what it's worth if you live in New England, Ocean State Job Lot currently sells these for $59.99 but with $50 gift card. I wouldn't say to run out and grab it there unless you shop there anyway, since the GC doesn't have much resell value.

As a matter of fact they have a lot of Fiskars products, most with gift card deals. I've picked up shears, lead bins, pole saws and a tamper, all for minimal OOP $$ after gift card.

I have the 2 Fiskars hatchets, a 27 axe, two 36 axes, and the maul. I use the hatchets the most for kindling. I rarely use the maul, but I have it "just because". The axes are helpful sometimes when cutting up logs. They are all great, but I suggest asking if the maul is really what you need.
