Purchase from Groupon with eyes wide open. I also had a zero balance on the CVS purchased from Groupon. They had horrible customer service to the point where they said they acknowledge there's a problem and working on it. On follow up chat and Twitter DM #4 a week later, they still said they're aware of the situation and working on it. I had to request a refund to end this tomfoolery. I had been a Groupon customer for 10+ years and had bought over 25 Groupons to date.

Both my acct and wife's are sitting at processing. Guessing it is because we used Groupon bucks credit. Maybe credit card transactions might have worked to get it instantly?

Appreciate for the heads-up. Purchased deal yesterday. AMC GC appeared in my account today and shows correct balance.
