Maybe GameFly is like GameStop where you get banged up or generic cases with the game? Or maybe none at all? I've never ordered used games (nor new) from GameFly so maybe someone could provide some input?

I have only bought games a handful of times of GameFly but their condition is generally superb. Case and manuals (and any DLC codes) are always included unlike GameStop

I don't think the cases leave the warehouse, only the game is sent out. Everything I've gotten from there has been immaculate.
