There are other cheaper plans out there, but on Tello, if you play your cards right with their referral credits (Tello Dollars), which can be used to pay for services and devices, you can have free services and phones for life. There is no limit on how much referral credits (Tello Dollars) you can earn, and they never expire. I have accumulated a lot of referral credits (Tello Dollars) and have not paid for my service and phone for many years now
In addition, the plan auto renews every 30 days, and if you manually renew it on the 30th day or earlier, any remaining balances will roll over as long as the plan contains all the services that you previously had. I use this trick especially to roll over the data since data is expensive. Also no taxes when pay with referral credits (Tello Dollars) for both service and device.
