I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

I placed an order for the iphone 12 mini about two years ago. Similar situation as the iphone 12. I used the $10 plan sim card that I already had. After 12 months, the phone is unlocked automatically.

I tried to order on Friday and got an error 3 times on 2 email addresses. I got the order confirmation on Saturday for al 3 ( 2 on the same email address) even though I got the error while trying on Friday. Today, I got shipment notification for all 3. I dont want 3... Whats the best way to return? In Store? Also, how do you turn off Auto Pay for these lines? I did not find that setting on the Boost site.

You basically can't. It's dumb. Switch the card to a locked card on the account and then just delete the original payment method

Can't return or cant cancel auto pay? I guess I will call Amex and turn off Auto Pay. I was able to turn off auto pay for one of the phones from Paypal

Return has been down for months according to Reddit. Do it the Amex route for autopay

The order without any plan I did one day earlier is still in 'error'. No shipping confirmation for that one yet.

I'm seeing a lot of reports of shipping with $15 plan but not many with no plan. Might just get the $15 plan to be safe, an extra $15 isn't a big deal.
