I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

So, somebody who already got iphone, summarize - order with $15 plan works?
Or they returning it back / device not activating?

I ordered the iPhone with $15 dollar plan and received phone yesterday. I bought it for my son who already has a $15 a month plan on boost mobile. I chatted with customer service turned off auto pay on the $15 account that the phone came with. I put the Sim card from my son's previous Boost mobile account and it works.
The only hiccup I had was I ordered a black iPhone 12 and received a white one but that's not that big of a deal and my son is fine with the white because a phone case covers most of the white.

I ordered the phone and $15 plan. Today is the delivery date and I noticed it is returning to sender. I only ordered 1.

Thanks for the reply. By white sims, I meant the unlock sims sold online were white (3rd party unlock sim).

I ordered as a new customer. I tried to order as a upgrade but when I would add phone to cart signed in on his account, it would go up to $600 and something (can't remember exact amount)

Phone came today. Didn't get any email on the account I used to buy it but I did get one on my email that I already used to get a XR last month. Weird they used that, but my name and address are the same.

Anyway black iPhone came today. I used single use cc number and got the $15 plan.
