I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

Is there a way to cancel autopay and get the account and port out numbers.

Boost's CS is awful and once they understand that you want to port out or cancel autopay they will leave you waiting on the call for an hour then they will say the system is down.

I have seen online that people are filing FCC complaints to get their port out info via email so I wanted to ask if anyone was able to cancel autopay or get the port out info

Who knows if I can reorder phone+sim on the same account or better to create new?

Not sure if anyone commented on this yet but Boost unlock policy isn't like Metro's where you can just leave the phone in a drawer. You do need active service for 12 months and some on this thread have said that it needs to be active on the plan that came with the phone, not another SIM + plan you got somewhere else. I've no experience, just repeating with others said.

ATT, T-Mobile, Verison - don't worth it if you need 1-2 lines only. You will overpay those 36month of contract with your plan twice of the price of your discounted iphone

I had 5 phones returned to sender after they were shipped. All 5 have made it back to Boost, but I've yet to receive a refund. Called CS who mentioned "7-10 days" but inspired no confidence. If I don't see a refund in the next few days I'll dispute with PayPal. Sounds like a lot of people get the runaround from Boost CS and I'll just avoid it entirely.

I was able to get Boost to unlock a new iPhone SE 2020 I bought a while back when they had it for $100. What I did was order it under my wife's name to my parent's address, then after it arrived I called Boost support and told them I bought it on Ebay. As soon as CS checked to make sure it wasn't associated with my Boost account, she unlocked it right away.

I'm already a Boost customer so I'm not sure if this trick would work if I wasn't. The reason I wanted it unlocked is so I could use dual sim with Verizon. YMMV

What could be the reason for them to unlock given you mentioned you said you bought it from Ebay ? Was the phone not attached to any boost account at all ?
