I used it a lot with my M2 MacBook Pro Max 16" and wrote up some notes on it on reddit, I'll repost that here:
FYI - This is for the 30W Lisen (the subject line says this is 30W, but the current model after following the link is 35W.
MacBook Pro Max 16" on a 30W charger. This is how well it worked...
Preferring not to lug around a large charger all the time when I don't even know if I'll need it while out. So I've been experimenting with a 30W charger, a very small (just under 1.25"x1.25"x1.5"), very light GaN charger using Apple's MagSafe cable.
Typical usage for me: For the last few days, just surfing and doing some Microsoft apps (plus Mail and Messages and Preview and lots of multi-GB downloads), it's been staying at 100% (to be clear, browsing is a 20+ windows to me). At one point, I unplugged it and let it get down to 80%-ish, and it worked its way up to 100%, and it's been staying there. When I unplugged again and let it get down, I did some video playing and compression, and it pretty much stayed at the 90% range (working up very slowly) until I stopped and went back to just browsing and Office. This was probably way more multi-tasking than the average user (I'm not saying you are an average user).
Today I had a Zoom meeting: Using the same 30W charger, the MBP started at 59%. I wanted a dual monitor mode, so I plugged plugged in a charging cable between the MBP and a 12.9" iPad Pro that was at 90% and used WiFi to use SideBar to extend my screen and give me a dual display in Zoom (still a bunch of other apps/windows running). The 16" MBP and the iPad Pro were at full brightness as I was by the patio door with the sun shining on my face. The Zoom meeting was 3 hours, and I used my laptop for most of the next hour. So at 4 hours, the MBP was up to 99 percent, the iPad was at 100%, and the charger was barely warm; I was surprised (and I'd checked a few times during the meeting).
If I knew I was doing a lot of intensive work, I'd take a bigger charger (I'll probably just start keeping a bigger one in my car and one in my luggage). But for days when I'm not even thinking I'll need it, this will be a no-brainer to keep in my backpack.
Happy enough with the one I have that I'll pick up the 35W version in the same brand next time it's on sale.
To be clear, I'm not advocating this as a replacement for my main charger. But it's more than enough to carry on days when I don't think I'll need a charger when it turns out I do (assuming I don't wait until it's down to 0% to plug in the charger).

so many list the TOTAL wattage on all ports, and no info on what's the max if only one port is plugged in.

I got the 30W version on the last deal, I liked it, I'll be getting this one too.

[PD 35W & QC 35W Dual Port Fast Charge] - This c port charging block is equipped with PD 3.0 (35W) & QC 3.0 (35W)
and...
* Please Note: The USB-C port can also provide Samsung 25W Super Fast Charging. The USB-A port support 35W Max Turbo charge. Supports simultaneous charging of 2 devices, but does NOT support simultaneous super-fast charging.
So there is plenty of info about 1 port.
The lack of info is what the max is when both ports are used. I'd guess 10-15W for each port.
