This is a different shirt, and is 100% cotton unlike the Amazon listing.

That's application dependent.

Really. Cotton will hold moisture in. There are times when that's ok or even a good thing. There are other times when it can be awful.

If you're just hanging around in a climate controlled home or work environment cotton will likely be great. Don't use it for a base layer for winter clothing though.

Do these run small? I'm a small in pretty much everything, but I ordered a Disney shirt once in small and I swear it was cut for a child. I double checked and it was for adults.

This shirt runs large IMO. I'm normally a medium, and even after washing, this fit like a large to me.
