You could say that about almost any online retailer not named Amazon, but I've ordered many items from Zavvi with zero issues. I don't know why this is always posted when a Zavvi deal comes up.

I would say because it's posted often then it indicates a serious potential issue with many people affected enough to post on this specific forum. It really doesn't happen often so I would heed the warnings or at least adjust your expectations of a positive experience accordingly.

And to add I had a negative and a positive experience with Zavvi so it truly is a hit or miss. But the "savings" are great lol

Why not buy from stockX? With tax and shipping would end up costing the same and more reliable than Zavvi (haven't heard good things about Zavvi). Bought my Lamborghini Sian from stockX and it was perfect.
