This thing is solid, had it for 3 years, rides great, charges fast, headlight perfectly aimed where you need to watch for obstacles. I wish the motor was a little stronger so I could climb steep hills though. I'd buy again in a heartbeat. Great performance and still small enough to easily throw in your car.

Price seems good... However, numerous reviewers have said that the warranty is non-existent since Amazon isn't an authorized seller, that Segway(?) doesn't respond to claims, etc...

I guess I'll keep waiting. Wanting a scooter or ebike that can maybe go a bit further and also handle other weather conditions a little better

Edit- if you get this, it might be worth spending the extra $80 or so for the 2 yr asurion warranty

Got in on the refurb deal last year. Overall it's a fun scooter. The suspension does sound like it's going to fall apart at any second. Kind of like an old mattress. Every review I've seen mentioned this noise but I figured worst case I'd return it. It feels solid so I can ignore the noise. Definitely ride it within the return period and see if this is something you can live with. Speed and power is pretty good but this was my first electric scooter so expectations were low. The app is super iffy to me. It works to set speed, and light settings but even after disabling battery saving the trip monitor/logger is always hit or miss. I have different apps I use to track rides so not a big deal for me. I've also read complaints about battery life but I don't go on long rides regularly so it handles an 1-1.5 hours I might use it over the weekend without issue. If you need it to commute I'd look around for battery life reviews.
