Redeem $2 off any sub purchase in the Firehouse Subs App by following the instructions below. Promo code entry valid 3/6/23 - 4/6/23.

1. Download the Firehouse Subs app and sign up for an account, or if you're already a Rewards member, open the Firehouse Subs app and log in.
2. Tap on the MORE menu and tap PROMO CODE.
3. Enter promo code "HOOPS" (case-sensitive). This will activate your reward. Once activated, you will have two weeks to redeem your reward. Your $2 off any sub purchase expiration date will appear alongside the offer on the "Rewards" tab in the Firehouse Subs app.
4. To redeem the $2 off any sub purchase reward in-app: Select a location and start a new order that includes any sub. When you checkout, tap "Get Final Total" to apply your reward. Then submit your order and payment. The discount will be reflected in your order total and in your order confirmation email. To redeem the $2 off any sub purchase reward in-restaurant: Place your sub order. Before paying, let the cashier know you have a reward to redeem. You can either enter your registered phone number on the payment terminal or give it to the cashier to enter. The discount will be applied and reflected in your order total.

If you previously activated, but have not redeemed another reward on the Firehouse Subs app, it will still be available to redeem on your next purchase, after you have redeemed the $2 off any sub reward. You will need to redeem the $2 off any sub reward before you can use your previously activated reward.
