Verizon is in no way shape or form behind Tmobile. Verizon. Has 5G Nationwide (4G Advanced) virtually everywhere which is identical to TMobiles "5G".

Their mmwave is far better than anything tmobile has but it's got the range of your homes wifi and is really difficult to role out.

But no, apples to apples VZ is not behind Tmobile
LIsten I dont work for the Verizon marketing department and I have them for cell and FiOS but in no shape or form am I going to say that Verizon is class leading when almost every test shows them in 3rd place. They have a LOT of work to do to catch up and they are rolling out C-band but they wasted a TON of time on mmwave and started on C-band deployment and 4G aggregate far later because in many markets they had 10 or 20 Mhz. That is a cold fact, so just fess up.

I said earlier TMO coverage isn't as good as Verizon or ATT, you can't just take that win and go home. Verizon has to be the best at everything?

So as a consumer, I just need to be prepared to go through the effort to file an FCC complaint and it will be all good?
If it happens to you and you care, else you can go about your day and whine. But there are consumer protections and it works. An educated consumer is a powerful consumer.

I've been on this test for a few weeks. Anyone else notice the offer of a $500 e-gift card for BYOD switching in the app? Not bill credits like they switched to last year. I haven't signed up yet, but just wondering if anyone else has seen that offer when activating this 30 day trial?

Sounds like too much work for me.

T-Mobile is more professional.

My iphone 12 works on both AT&T and Verizon.
OP is talking about ultra band 5g. It's different. Yes you iphone 12 work on Vz and ATT, but it most likely isn't compatible to accept the fastest signal that Verizon offers.

All the carriers offer this type of free temporary service to test out their coverages in case your thinking about switching and what to see if the carrier has good enough service on your area. I currently have an unlocked pixel 7 on Verizon. I just got done with a 3 month test drive service with T mobile on eSim. 100% free and works.

Do you guys remember when T-Mobile offered unlimited data and the cfo was like there are no way we are doing that. Customer pick us because of our network . Next thing you know is, we now offer unlimited too with limits. Verizon is losing customers left and right because of greed. I used to be with them paying $90 for one line.

Have you tried entering a visa GC or a virtual CC number w only $1? It may just work.

I had this for 6 months and went back to xfinity mainly due to coverage in my area. But the customer service sucks. wait times and such. Tried chatting to disconnect and they immediately cut you off from chat the moment you mention closing account. After 5 attempts i finally was able to close account. now its been 3 weeks and still waiting for return kit to return the router.

5G is a joke on Verizon. I have a Galaxy Flip3 and the 5G service is horrible. You would think that it would just drop to a 4G and be just like it always had but still, the service remains terrible. When I had a galaxy s20+ before with just normal 4G, the service was excellent. Ever since I changed phones and picked up the 5G service, it has went downhill

I believe the difference between this and the T-Mobile trial is Verizon does not allow unlimited hotspot usage during trial. I was able to use hotspot on vacation with tmobile trial, was getting about 200mbps.
