  1. Download and Open the My Verizon app via the linked QR Code
    • If you're using an Apple smartphone, be sure to turn on your iCloud drive in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
  2. Click the Start Free Trial prompt at the top
    • If you don't see the Start Free Trial button, try scanning the QR code again here.
  3. Follow the prompts to check your eligibility
    • Your smartphone must have an eSIM slot available (i.e., the eSIM you want to use for Free Trial isn't active with another carrier).
    • You can't currently be a Verizon, Visible or TracFone customer.
    • You must be in the US.
    • Your smartphone can't be locked with another carrier. If locked, contact your carrier to unlock.
    • You can't have enrolled in Verizon Free Trial in the last 12 months
  4. If you meet the eligibility requirements you will be able to sign up.

I have the same problem, but with the T Mo trial. Software said that trial is only for US. Have an unlocked T Mo Iphone 3SE with US WiFi and no VPN. GPS correctly report my true location.

You may want to try another WiFi hotspot. Turn off VPN. Turn ON location. Clear chache from your default browser. Note that this trial does not include hotspot.

says my account access is restricted in the mobile app and to visit the site. i see no way to make the promo work.

half hour on their chat was useless. the people are dumber than the bots

I tried to activate this offer for last 2 weeks and failed. Today I tried to see it working and finally got it worked on my iPhone 14 Pro!!! I hope it works for others who failed before.

have tried on multiple phones and have NEVER gotten this to work. via app >makes me login everytime and goes to "sorry this service is available only on verizon.com

via verizon.com: go to app to get this deal!

on a browser i am signed in as a guest as i dont currently have a verizon acct. signing in on the app goes nowhere but to the error screen, i dont get it
