Good price. Hate Samsungs customer service to a point I don't think I'll buy another appliance from them.
My TV has a defect, I had to fight them for a week before they acknowledged it. This put me out of my replacement period. Back and forth for another week. They wouldn't budge on letting me return it (honestly I didn't want to return it if it could be fixed, it's a nice TV). They tried to fix it with software configs. This actually made my issues worse. Back and forth for another few days. They agree to send a tech out to fix it. Tech arrives, looks everything over, takes videos and pictures (I had also sent video and picture evidence multiple times to them as they would bounce me around from dept to dept), and agreed there was a problem and the main board would need to be replaced. He called Samsung to have the work approved and they immediately denied it and said there was nothing wrong and they wouldn't cover it. The Lady he spoke with, I could hear through the phone and she was an absolute jerk. Super rude, and the tech was perfectly professional. The tech is a third party contractor and not a Samsung employee.
Back and forth for another few days. Even the CS rep when viewing the video evidence agreed that it wasn't right. They finally "escalated" the issue and it's been sitting in limbo for over three weeks now. I have called to follow up many times and they just keep telling me it's being worked on.

Very good price but be aware of potential burn in issues.

https://www.rtings.com/tv/learn/l...te-3-month

"After two months, the two QD-OLED displays on this test (Samsung S95B OLED and the Sony A95K) are both showing signs of possible permanent image retention (burn-in), but the LG WOLED TVs like the LG C2 OLED and the LG G2 OLED are clean."

Those results are actually super concerning. Rtings last burn in test on OLEDs was on LG C7 series sets (2017 models), and they fared much better than these, and that was a much longer test.

This test included LG, which had no burn in. It pretty much guarantees someone will get burn in within 5 years, unless they are super careful. Some folks especially those that play a lot of video games with static elements or similar will likely start to see it in as little as a year.

Not trying to scare folks but it is what it is. QDOLED was not quite ready for primetime, hence these prices.

AGS came to deliver mine today, giant hole in front, screen was cracked. Surprised they came all the way to my house as the hole was the size of a baseball, and you could see/feel the crack. Pain to get it reordered from Samsung, loss on cashback, too. Didn't include the $200 credit either.

It sucks that happened to you. You wouldn't have faired better at Best Buy Frown. I previously bought the QN90B during the same promo, and the dirty screen effect was quite noticeable. I returned it to Best Buy, and I informed the rep that I just wanted to swap it out. Samsung doesn't allow exchanges so you have to place a separate order and wait to pick it up or have it shipped. Long story short, I ordered the same TV and I was able to pick it up the same day. I then returned it for the S95B deal.

Samsung needs to allow their customers to swap their defective products at Best Buy instead of having to place a new order. There's a good chance you're going to miss out on promos.

Lastly, my discount account is tapped since I bought three TVs through Samsung. It's beyond frustrating.

Wow, yes, very sad. They really could improve their service. I wish they would have shipped FedEx, as I always have good experiences where I live. I ordered one and canceled it right away because I forgot the CB. So, this would be my third order it seems. I wonder if the three TVs counts for one you just cancel right away. If that is the case, this next one will be my 3rd lol sad sad sad

It's hard to say. I attempted to place a second order for the S95B with Samsung because people mentioned they were able to receive additional discounts and a free two year warranty. I tried to place the order, but I kept receiving the message that I exceeded my limit or whatever. I had to use my a separate AAA login with my regular account to get the discount again. I won't be buying any TVs from Samsung anytime soon, but it sucks that your limit is 3. Someone else in the thread mentioned that if you buy discounted items through EPP it counts against your yearly total as well.

I don't think most people received it yet. I believe it won't arrive until 35 Days after your order is complete. I hope it's not limited to certain products like their cell phone vouchers. Have you tried logging out of your EPP account and apply it that way? Most promo codes don't work with EPP accounts.

Yeah, I was expecting to wait longer, but mine arrived yesterday, 15 days after I picked up the TV from Best Buy (after return window closed, presumably). Code doesn't seem to work on EPP account I bought TV with, or non-EPP accounts. Appears to be tied to email, so it would be unfortunate if EPP disqualifies

Thanks for letting us know. Yeah it sucks that you can't use it with an EPP account. I placed a second order the S95B with my standard account so hopefully I'll be good to when I attempt to use it. I thought about buying the 990 Pro 2TB drive, but I don't really need it. If it was $143 again, I'd be tempted to slot into my secondary M.2 drive in my PC. Maybe I'll spring for the external 4TB Samsung SSD, and use it with my PS5.

So I received my $200 credit voucher from Samsung yesterday, and there's a few things to note. It's tied to the account you used to purchase the TV. It expires in July, and apparently you can't stack Samsung rewards with your purchase. I'm using my standard Samsung account, not my EPP account.

The code isn't currently working. I reached out to Samsung CS, and explained the issue. The rep generated a cart for me with a link, but the code still didn't work. They escalated the issue to their internal team, and I should hear back in a few days.

I hope the code isn't tied to a specific category like their cell phone promos. In the past, you could only use the credit towards mobile accessories. If the code doesn't work, I'm going to ask them to refund my order $200. I'll keep everyone posted.

I've gone down the same path as you the last couple of days with support. Haven't gotten anywhere so far. The only item I can get the code to work on is the frame tv. Everything else it doesn't work.

That sucks. Frown Who would want the Frame TV when you have the S95B? Ugh, I hope they get this figured out shortly. If they don't, they'll have a lot of disgruntled guests and employees. I'm hoping they don't limit the voucher to Home Theater products. That would suck...
