Must login through EPP account. I was also able to get two years of Samsung Care Plus through chat. Similar to February's deal, but with the $200 credit (that they have minimal details on).

UPDATE: Needs to be employee perks EPP. I do not think the education one will work. You will also need to add to cart or go to checkout before it shows the actual price in comparison to the product page.

My order confirmation is attached to this posting.

Good price. Hate Samsungs customer service to a point I don't think I'll buy another appliance from them.
My TV has a defect, I had to fight them for a week before they acknowledged it. This put me out of my replacement period. Back and forth for another week. They wouldn't budge on letting me return it (honestly I didn't want to return it if it could be fixed, it's a nice TV). They tried to fix it with software configs. This actually made my issues worse. Back and forth for another few days. They agree to send a tech out to fix it. Tech arrives, looks everything over, takes videos and pictures (I had also sent video and picture evidence multiple times to them as they would bounce me around from dept to dept), and agreed there was a problem and the main board would need to be replaced. He called Samsung to have the work approved and they immediately denied it and said there was nothing wrong and they wouldn't cover it. The Lady he spoke with, I could hear through the phone and she was an absolute jerk. Super rude, and the tech was perfectly professional. The tech is a third party contractor and not a Samsung employee.
Back and forth for another few days. Even the CS rep when viewing the video evidence agreed that it wasn't right. They finally "escalated" the issue and it's been sitting in limbo for over three weeks now. I have called to follow up many times and they just keep telling me it's being worked on.
Very good price but be aware of potential burn in issues.

https://www.rtings.com/tv/learn/l...te-3-month

"After two months, the two QD-OLED displays on this test (Samsung S95B OLED and the Sony A95K) are both showing signs of possible permanent image retention (burn-in), but the LG WOLED TVs like the LG C2 OLED and the LG G2 OLED are clean."
Those results are actually super concerning. Rtings last burn in test on OLEDs was on LG C7 series sets (2017 models), and they fared much better than these, and that was a much longer test.

This test included LG, which had no burn in. It pretty much guarantees someone will get burn in within 5 years, unless they are super careful. Some folks especially those that play a lot of video games with static elements or similar will likely start to see it in as little as a year.

Not trying to scare folks but it is what it is. QDOLED was not quite ready for primetime, hence these prices.

So I received my $200 credit voucher from Samsung yesterday, and there's a few things to note. It's tied to the account you used to purchase the TV. It expires in July, and apparently you can't stack Samsung rewards with your purchase. I'm using my standard Samsung account, not my EPP account.

The code isn't currently working. I reached out to Samsung CS, and explained the issue. The rep generated a cart for me with a link, but the code still didn't work. They escalated the issue to their internal team, and I should hear back in a few days.

I hope the code isn't tied to a specific category like their cell phone promos. In the past, you could only use the credit towards mobile accessories. If the code doesn't work, I'm going to ask them to refund my order $200. I'll keep everyone posted.
Did this ever get resolved? I'm running into the same issue.

Nope! They're still mulling it over. I was promised a new code was going to be generated, but I haven't heard anything. It's so frustrating.

Same! Yeah I believe I messaged them on Monday and I was promised that a new code would be generated within two to three days. I think I'm going to ask them to refund my order $200. I wanted to buy an external 4TB SSD, and pay the difference. Now I'd rather have the $200 difference refunded.

Have you had any luck? I've gotten about 5 responses from Samsung all telling me the SKU isnt eligible and I keep telling them I've tried over 20 items in different categories. It's ridiculous at this point

Nothing yet. This isn't the first time Samsung has done something like this. If you take advantage of their $200-$250 preorder promos for cell phones, you're limited to mobile accessories. Samsung offers a ton of products, and maybe that $250 would push me to buy a laptop or something from them. Sorry about that tanget. I'm sick of Samsung. I don't think anyone is getting that credit. Anyone get the $200 to work?
So far my back and forth with Samsung Support has been pretty unhelpful

Last I was told on Monday or Tuesday was that there arent any restrictions on what the code can be used for, they replicated the issue on their end, and was getting assigned to their backend team to look into.

After an hour and a half on the phone yesterday, I was finally able to get $200 refunded back to my credit card.

After being transfered multiple times, the E-commerce department was the most helpful. They were going to request a new code, but I told them it's been two weeks of getting told it would get fixed with no results. They finally just refunded me $200

More people should do this. If Samsung offered $200, they should stand behind it and give it to you. You paid for the product, waited 35 days, and you still can't use the $200 promo. If Best Buy, Amazon, or any other retailer offered this promo, you'd get your gift card right away. Good luck to everyone who decides to contact Samsung's E-Commerce dept.
