Already ad-free, so you don't have to pay the extra $20, and it includes a cover. (And functionally no different than the non-kids version).
And to answer your question, the price might go down to $95. Per Camel, that was the lowest price last year on black friday.
5: Will my kid see Ads while using this device?
Kindle Kids is automatically set up for your kid to enjoy an ad-free experience. However if you exit Amazon Kids using a passcode, sponsored screensavers will be displayed on the device's lockscreen

That said, it's still tempting to buy now with my trade in as my old paperwhite also offers $25 back - could they drop how much they offer me by Prime Day? I wish I knew.
Today, it's also showing my Fire Tablets, fire sticks, and echo dots, Echo shows, etc, as items I can trade in! I don't know if this is something they will continue, or if it's a temporary deal, or if it's even a glitch. But that is a very good offer if you don't have an old paperwhite or basic kindle to trade in.
For me, it's also showing that the trade in could be applied instantly. This is very tempting, it's offering $25 for my 6th gen paperwhite, and I have no idea if/when that price will go down. They're only offering $5 for my newer 7th gen paperwhite. I have been holding out for prime day in hopes of a better shot at getting 20% for the trade in taken off the regular price rather than the sale price (as has happened for me many times at Prime day, something to do with how they code sale prices), but this is tempting. Definitely if I didn't have a paperwhite to trade in and only had an old echo or something, I would jump on this opportunity.

Just an fyi for the OP, you can get the 16gb version [amazon.com] in black for just $10 more at $109.99. And as someone else posted, you can get the 8g kids version for $109.99, and I'd add that you can get the 16gb kids version for $119.99.
FYI, if you tend to be frugal, you can use a cashback website to get another 8% back on the purchase.

I really wanted the green one, but oh well. I'll live with black for that discount.
The giftcard is automatically applied to your account before you buy the new device, as it's based on you having traded in a device, not what you buy. However, if they appraise the device and find it not in the condition you stated it was, they can reclaim the money they gave you.
