Deal Details
Last Edited by fis March 27, 2023 at 06:11 AM
This has been discussed in some All-Clad deal threads over the past 6 months but I had not seen a dedicated post explaining the deal, and the deadline is approaching to submit a claim.
BACKGROUND
From 2015 - 2022, All-Clad advertised its D3, D5, and LTD pans as dishwasher safe. In fact, if you put these pans in the dishwasher with harsh detergents, over time the detergents can slowly eat away at the exposed middle aluminum layer. The result is that the edges of your pan lose their smooth finish.
THE SETTLEMENT
If you purchased any of these lines between 1/1/2015 and 7/29/2022, you may claim a settlement from All-Clad.
Even if you didn't receive a notice in the mail, or have your receipt, you may submit a claim here [multi-plycookwaresettlement.com].
Your choices are:
The deadline to submit your claim is April 28, 2023
Note re timing: The original claim form states that claims will be reviewed and validated on a continuing, rolling basis. All Claim Forms will beprocessed after the ClaimsDeadline. Based on the original timeline, we can anticipate that vouchers will be sent out starting in May/June, and replacement Cookware could be sent out starting in August.

Your choices are:
- If you have pieces that have developed "sharp edges," you have 3 choices to trade them in:
- All-Clad will replace those pieces and provide a payment of $75. If you purchased the (now discontinued) LTD line, they will be replaced with D3 pieces.
OR - You may opt instead to receive a free "dishwasher safe" cookware set -- either the Hard Anodized (HA1) 5-piece fry-pan set [all-clad.com] or the Essentials Hard Anodized Nonstick 13-piece cookware set [all-clad.com]. Both sets are aluminum pans with nonstick coatings. They are not the quality of D3 or D5 pans, and I wouldn't recommend the dishwasher for these, either. Also note that the Essentials line is not induction compatible.
OR - You may opt instead to receive a future purchase credit of 50% off purchases up to a total purchase of $1,200 (i.e., $600 value) for any products on All-Clad's website.

- If you've discarded your pieces, or if they have not developed "sharp edges," then you can provide a proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or credit card receipt) to receive a future purchase credit of 35% off purchases up to a total purchase of $750 (i.e., $262 value) for any products on All-Clad's website.

Concern of mine is though, first box packing slip showed 2 pans, however there is only a single pan in the box. Not even sure who to contact. I tried sending an email to the contact email on the settlement page, but no response.
Anyone by chance know how we can contact them?
Edit - We might be in the same batch they are processing. Might just depend on when we submitted the pictures.

I've sent pictures on July 5th as requested and since then I have never heard back from them. No email they received the pictures or a label or anything really. So for the past 22 days since submitting pictures, nothing doesn't seem to align with your timeline?
Sorry, I'm just confused.

I have since received almost all of my replacements. The settlement people replied to email but I had to request info 3 times. They said they have no control or visibility over shipping. Pretty clunky process all in all.
Did you also receive the settlement money $75 along with replacements?

No it was either or. I have all my replacements now finally. They definitely changed the build of some
Update: received a replacement xlg pan today. I guess they ignored the request to replace items with the dishwasher-safe non-stick set and just replaced the old pans. Now we see if the $70 checks arrive.
Very frustrating that they can just skirt the entire process like this over a missed message after dragging it out for months and months on their end.
My problem: I threw out my records on what I submitted. I have no idea which of my pans this claim number is for! I'm wondering what will happen if I just ship multiple pans with this label...
Has anybody failed to get pans back after shipping them in?

I received 4 out of 5 pans back in August. Still waiting on the 5th and the reply from them always is "We have delays and no information about when it'll ship".
