Ethernet is critical for business use. Printers have to be up 100%. CC terminals. VoIP phone lines, servers, etc. Wireless is fine for home use or wherever 100% up time is unnecessary, but not so in business.

Do a speed test comparing wifi vs LAN.
In my case, I have google fiber at home, getting 240Mbps on wifi and about 940Mbps on Ethernet using a cat5e cable connected to a 20$ switch.

It's always best to have wired network where it permits for stability and speed compared to wireless network.

If these were all white, I would buy them. I use 3 50 foot cat5e cables to connect to my computers which are not in the same room as my router.

These are 30AWG vs. the 24AWG for Regular cat6a - so use with caution on longer lengths. For 10-15Ft these slimruns are preferred. And I've not done a weight test with either one to see which one is strongest to pull inside a home. Some slimruns are 28AWG - but this one is 30AWG - so even thinner and weaker, lighter - but works for same room connectivity and easier to hide.
