    You have to use these correctly. And I sure admit, just by looking, you'd put the filter in the black container then pour the litter in. YOU DO NOT. Found this out after months myself. You put the litter in the black container and when it's time to empty you pour the litter and mess into the empty other container with the filter then lift and sift. No clogging the sifter.

    I have this and while it's small and I have larger litter boxes, I dump the boxes into this to sift everything out and dump into the trash. I foster cats and this saves so much time over scooping.

    My brute of a son destroys things with carelessness regularly, so there's that. Fortunately, it's not often enough to justify the "most common" selection of monthly(!) - I mean jeez, how rough can one be on a litter box with that kind of regularity?

    These are great for use with pine pellets. I tie two pieces of pool noodle to the bottom of the sifter in order to create space to sift into.

    Anybody else S&S acting weird? Mine has started sending the item as soon as possible and then putting the item on my next scheduled delivery instead of sending it on my next S&S date which would be April 20 at this point. It isn't allowing me to S&S to 5+ items to get the full 15%.

    Yeah that happened to me. The solution is right under the S&S selection, it tells you when first delivery is. Somehow that was changed to "get it sooner...". Click on the change link to switch it back to your S&S date.

    This may be why:
    ARM & HAMMER ODOR CONTROL: Made with built-in Microban protection to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria. Always replace ANY cat litter box every 12 months to maintain maximum odor control

    So at most s&s for once a year if following recommendations.
