I actually asked the person when I picked it up and they told me that "Their Sony and LG TV's are all manufacturer refurbished" but looking online I'm not sure they were correct based off of others experiences. So YMMV on that. Feel free to ask them and see what they say. But the TV I got had all of the tape and plastic wrap on it, the manual and remote were resealed, etc.
It seemed like new when I opened it, the only thing that would have tipped me off that it wasn't brand new is that there were no batteries in the box for the remote.
I wish I could tell you for sure but I don't want to give you False info

KD-55X80CK. Make sure it's an OLED when picking up.
If they are OLED I believe they have messed it up in someway and the reason there are 2 of the same listings. Probably should be $899.
My guess is you will get the OLED if they go by the mfg part # on the box until they figure it out.
This is definitely a pricing/specification mistake.
