Franchises shouldn't be allowed to opt out of advertised deals. Getting the benefits of the advertising but not offering the deal seems wrong.

My local subway operator says those deals are crushing him. Corporate doesn't care because they sell him the ingredients and basically give them away at cost leaving him just the chips and drinks for profit.

Ok enjoy, last time I tried it was really bad. I remember I used to like the breast but something changed a number of years ago. I never tried it since but considering it now.

Thanks. I know what to expect, so my expectations are not very high. They seem to have gone downhill compared to some years ago. I prefer Popeye's over KFC, but for $10, I'm going to go with KFC, as I can't recall it ever being this cheap for 8 pieces.

Hopefully they don't skimp out on the pieces, by only giving tiny pieces, but I'll find out soon enough.

You don't really get 8 good pieces. You will get 2 good pieces, 2 pieces of a part of the chicken that will be unrecognizable, and 2 legs and a 2 weird looking thighs.

That's what I keep telling the assholes at my local pizza shop. If it weren't for Pizza Hut and Dominos advertising pizza on TV all the time with great specials, I wouldn't even think about eating pizza. They just mooch off all the free advertising.

Same for the microbrewery down the street. If it weren't for all the Budweiser ads on TV I'd never even think to drink beer.
