I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to address your concern about the freshness of the chicken at the store. It's important to note that the chicken is made fresh throughout the day, ensuring customers get the best quality possible. However, as the store gets closer to closing time, they may stop making fresh chicken. The exact time this occurs can vary, so it's best to call the store if you're curious about when they stop preparing fresh chicken.
If you visit the store around 10:00 p.m., when it is about to close, you might find a mix of old and new chicken, making it somewhat unpredictable in terms of freshness. However, if you go before 8:00 p.m., the chicken is guaranteed fresh, based on my observations.
I'm not sure which KFC you work for or own, but I wanted to provide you with this information to clarify any misconceptions about the chicken's freshness at the grocery store. It is not true that the chicken is old all day long, as they do make an effort to prepare it fresh throughout the day.
I hope this clears up any confusion and helps you make an informed decision about when to buy your chicken.
Best regards
When I bought this KFC deal, they let me get 4 each crispy and original thighs; I don't care for drumsticks.
Attention, fried chicken lovers! Did you rush to KFC after seeing their nationally televised $10 eight-piece fried chicken deal, only to find out that they're not honoring it at the store? Are you feeling deceived and frustrated, yet still craving that irresistible fried chicken?
Fear not! You can still indulge in mouthwatering, golden brown fried chicken without paying the exorbitant prices KFC is trying to impose. Head to your nearest Albertsons, Vons, Ralphs, Pavilions, or any other local grocery store that offers freshly fried chicken at their deli counter!
For a mere $8.99 – that's right, even less than the so-called KFC "deal" – you can enjoy a scrumptious eight-piece meal, including two drums, two thighs, two breasts, and two wings. Choose from regular or hot to suit your taste buds. And keep an eye out for special sales where the price might drop to an incredible $4.99!
Don't let KFC's bait-and-switch tactics fool you. Satisfy your fried chicken cravings at your local grocery store, where you'll find better deals and, quite possibly, even better taste. Just remember to call ahead to make sure they have that delicious golden brown chicken waiting for you.
A word to the wise: if you're planning a late-night fried chicken run, try to go before 8 pm to ensure maximum freshness. If you do go later, be sure to ask the deli staff for the freshest pieces. Watch out for any pieces where the crust has fallen off – that's a sign of less-than-fresh chicken.
Fully understand if you're comparing your local KFC to your local Popeyes or something like that....but to a grocery store? Come on. This is like when folks go into the Subway deals and go "PUBLIX HAS BETTER SUBS" or some nonsense like that as if the person behind the deli made and customized it for you.
Now remember I'm talking national chains.
Popeye's is VASTLY superior in every way.
Also if you have a Jollibee near you I will tell you to go now and get the spicy and the Jollibee spicy chicken sandwich is better than any of these other chains spicy chicken sandwich.

When I drove to the KFC the store is closed - it has a paper on the door saying "Lobby is closed, sorry for inconvenience".
Whom to contact to get the $10 back, does KFC has a customer care ??

Otherwise open your own sandwich shop and charge whatever the hell you want
I still prefer Lee's Famous Recipe but would settle for Original Recipe if it was at the $10 price...
