Franchises shouldn't be allowed to opt out of advertised deals. Getting the benefits of the advertising but not offering the deal seems wrong.

My local subway operator says those deals are crushing him. Corporate doesn't care because they sell him the ingredients and basically give them away at cost leaving him just the chips and drinks for profit.

I mean, those deals are the only times I eat at my local Subway… I'll usually get one or two before they stop accepting those coupons. Which is fine because I stop going until the next one works for a few days.

Had Popeyes a couple weeks ago, and KFC yesterday.

Popeyes was way better. Bigger pieces, tasted better, seemed fresher, and better value (got 5 pieces, 2 small sides, and 2 biscuits for $10.99).

Even though Popeyes had 3 less pieces, the pieces I got at KFC were smaller.
