Franchises shouldn't be allowed to opt out of advertised deals. Getting the benefits of the advertising but not offering the deal seems wrong.

My local subway operator says those deals are crushing him. Corporate doesn't care because they sell him the ingredients and basically give them away at cost leaving him just the chips and drinks for profit.

Ok so my KFC is literally a five minute drive and we hardly ever go... Got this deal and really enjoyed it... The wings were both weirdly shaped, one small one strangely big, but the other pieces were big, well cooked, and delicious.
