The 10oz is going for $4.42 at my local grocery so this is a lot more bang for your buck!

Was curious why this has fructose in the ingredients list but outside of some Asian supermarkets, it's hard to find ginger at this price point

I use this stuff all the time in sauces or marinades for asian dishes. It works just fine and is easier than using fresh ginger. This price is good for a huge bottle.
