Was curious why this has fructose in the ingredients list but outside of some Asian supermarkets, it's hard to find ginger at this price point

I use this stuff all the time in sauces or marinades for asian dishes. It works just fine and is easier than using fresh ginger. This price is good for a huge bottle.
