Something seems to be wrong with HD web site. Google "city pickers" and Home Depot should show up at $30. Follow that link.

The website is still messed up.

Anyway it is in the weekly circular, so you go to the store to pick it up.

I've had these. They work amazing. Best tomatos I've grown come from these boxes on my patio. I've fit four determinate plants or two indeterminate comfortably, with some marigolds planted amongst.

It's often on sale at $20 around late spring at Lowe's.
Since the wheels are plastic, they could easily be broken after the first two years

I guess I'm the dissenting voice with this product. I have owned mine for 2 years now and grow some tomatoes in mine.

Pros: I set mine up with my soil mix and rarely need to fertilize it. Also will easily support several plants

Cons: The casters are to small to roll easily. after 2 years in the Florida sun, the plastic is starting to break down.

Mine leaks from a pinhole somewhere on the bottom.

I suggest using this on a patio, never on a wood deck.

Bought a couple when they were 26.97. They work great. Eventually the soil will make its way into the bottom but thats okay. Make sure you place these where you can see the overflow running out. I inserted a long oil funnel to help with filling. I like to freshen the soil every year and muck out the bottom. Dont plan on rolling them around a lot.

This was $20 when it was on sale in the years past. I've got 4 of them, they are great, they've lasted more than 2-3 years so far. I guess as long as you are careful when moving them, the wheels should be ok.
