Just discovered the pricing changes based on region so this is a regional deal.
At the top left corner of the Home Depot website, you'll see the "You're shipping" dropdown link. Click on the orange down arrow, then on "Find Other Stores" button. Enter 10001 as zip code and then click on the Orange search magnifying bar. Browse the store listings below and and click on "Select This Store" button, and wallah, you'll see the new lowered pricing of $159.00 for this tool combo kit.
Not sure if you can actually check out with the Ship to Home option yet as if I revert and enter a shipping address with a zip code where this deal is not offered, the pricing also reverts to higher price. YMMV with pricing, regions, and doing this little trick.
ZIP regions for this offer: 10001, 97201, etc...
ZIP regions without this offer: 20001, 78701, etc...

Maybe they will have it again, but that deal didn't have the rolling box like this. This Ryobi deal is a great value, the biggest loss coming from RIDGID would be no LSA on it.
I love my subcompacts, less strain to use and still pack a lot of punch.
With all that said. Still a great set. Has no issue whatsoever doing the basic jobs you would expect them to do. But just wanted to warn those looking for a raw powerful set, these are not it...

Same here. Wondering what kind of prices the box and drill/impact would fetch on marketplace. Ryobi's retail pricing has such wild swings that I'm afraid the marketplace buyers would probably all be lowballers. I think I would be happy if I could with the recip only costing me $50.

Also fyi the drill impact combo but with 2ah batteries instead of 1.5ah in OP combo is priced at $180 right now, and iirc the recip saw is usually priced for at least $70-80, no battery.
