Average price is $4.52 per the 3 Cs. This seems more of a marketing ploy than a slick deal.

Make sure you use tire shine products where you wont care if they leave long lasting stains on the pavement because they do.

I always apply the dressing on an applicator instead of the tire to prevent stains on the driveway. This also eliminates having to wipe the wheels down from overspray.
