Item includes:
1 - Winix C545 True HEPA Air Cleaner, WiFi Enabled
1 - True HEPA Filter (New)
4 - Odor Control Carbon Filters (New)
I have purchased 5 of these, with three being refurbished through woot, one refurbished through the manufacturer and one new and all have performed and looked identical and new. I've had them for around 2-3 years now and all are still performing well without any issues.

the sensor will kick on for bad smells and you can feel free to test it alone or with your friends & family by farting directly on it and have the light change as it goes from stable blue light to panicked red.
one piece of advice is when using replacement filters it's not clear how to reset the monitor for the app - it's a small pin hole on the button panel on the right you can access with a sharp object like a sim ejector and press for 5 seconds when it's powered off but plugged in.
The one I got from Costco was covered under a 2-year warranty, and they sent me a brand new replacement unit. The other 2 that were refurbished Woot units only had 1 year warranty, and the manufacturer refused to replace those.
Yeah, the filters operated very quietly when I bought them, but if you have them running 24/7, just know that after 2-3 years, the motors will start making noises.

I'll note that if you've never been to an allergist/doctor who has ever recommended an air cleaner to you, you probably don't need them. Selling people "cleaner air" is as much of a racket as selling them "cleaner water" in designer bottles. If you aren't having health issues... an air cleaner is not going to change your life.
if you live in a house with cats, you should have one in every room the cats are in. Cats fking disgusting.
Anyway, I have horrible allergies and these help a ton. So does not having carpet, not smoking, and keeping the pets out of the spaces I sleep and work in.
