'I'm a 52 year old great-grand-mother, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I live with my grand-daughter, who has 2 boys of her own and is now 14. She recently downloaded Ghostbusters The Video Game Remastered and in less than a week, she had already played for over 50 hours. This was terrible for me, as it was already hard enough for me to spend time with her, as she is always banging her boy sex toys or just watching videos on Tit-tok. So I decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside her. I loaded into the game, did the tutorial but I was stuck on what you where supposed to do. I asked my grand-daughter for help and she hosted a game for me to join. I loved it as it was the best time I had spent with her since my husband ran off with some 2 faced hooker. This game has ever since brought my grand-daughter and I closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my grand-daughter many happy memories.'

With better cast and better script it might have been a hit...but there are a lot of box office bombs about which you could say that.
Incidentally, I served and flew with some outstanding female Naval Aviators and officers so it isn't misogyny.
Are you also advocating that every movie which featured a female cast be "rebooted" with an all-male cast for "diversity?"

Anyway, this game is a lot of fun. I think it came out in 2009, but has the entire original cast doing the voices. An interesting bit of trivia is the game actually has a lot of the original script for the first Ghostbusters movie, but it was too expensive to film. Dan Aykroyd finally got to see his original ideas come to life (sort of).
