So technically you can't install on pre 8th gen Intel CPU's but it is a pretty easy hack to do it:

Yep, the cheapest I can find is a 3070 SFF with Intel P Gold that can do Win 11. I do wonder how much if possible to add 8gb ram more. It's for my parents so may not even need it.

I think they are gone now. They are still listed, but you can't put one in the cart anymore. They were Cosmetic Grade B. The ones you see are Grade A.
