HP X32:
Panel is 13 mm thinner depth
Weight with stand is 7.9 kg (17.4 lb)
Has 1 HDMI 1.4 port
Has rotation of 90 degrees to portrait mode
Has 5 degree down tilt, 20 degree up tilt
Operating temperature range is rated 41F-95F
Operating humidity is 20%-80%
So, basically what it comes down to is $70 more for 2nd HDMI input, USB, swiveling, NVidia G-Sync and no rotational pivot. Swiveling doesn't matter too much if you are putting this on a VESA mount, whereas rotational pivot would still function and be useful.
Edit: I would like to note that DETAILED reviews of the monitors reveal similar SDR peak brightness - 389 nits vs the advertised 400 nits. Which just means that the technical performance will be the exact same, and the numbers below, for the X32, apply to both panels (comes from a YouTuber who does in-depth reviews):
Billed vs Real:
SDR Brightness: 400 nits - 389 nits
Contrast: 1000:1 - 908:1
Avg response rate: 1 ms - 5.52 ms
HDR: Real HDR400 - Fake HDR400
Real HDR brightness has 600+ nits, 70%+ gamut coverage, 500+ dimming zones, 50,000+:1 frame contrast, 5,000+:1 checkerboard contrast.
This panel has 455, 66.9%, 8 zones, 4732:1 and 795:1. So very poor HDR performer

Not sure how bright this can get...
The 31.5" IPS HP is worth considering if you are on a budget

anyone see lower prices for these models before?
Yep, I too need a 27" to match my current one. Lol though it'd be pretty nice to have a 32" 165hz ips O.o.

With the 32" at $300, there's probably not much room for the 27" to drop in price. I recall 2.5yrs ago $300 was slick for the 27"
i believe thats the same one i have too.
