Subway has come and gone in my life as I am sure it has for many. There has been a long war going on between corporate and franchise owners for the last 10 years and it never got solved. Bad vibes all around now. Promotions can't get me to come back not even one time. I haven't bought Subway in 4 years.
Usually none of these codes work for all my closest Subways.
I did notice they have a Buy 1 FL, Get 1 50% off mentioned on Subway.com[subway.com] and saw a few locations near my area on the participating list. Too early to test. Although, I'm guessing if they take the code they likely will take the better BOGO code. Some locations in my area don't accept any codes / coupons.

Interesting. I've used it at various locations around the Summerlin area in Vegas and haven't had any problem. They have all been nice about me ordering 2 generic sandwiches in the app to use the bogo coupon, while in the store, and just telling them verbally what I'd like on it. It was apparently too time consuming for my senior brain to add and subtract the toppings in the app. Good luck and have a delightful day!
It's not that they don't honor the coupon, it's how the make the sandwiches. A real air sandwich.
Almost all the subways in my area are foreigner owned, and have been for as long as I've known of them. Almost none of them accept any kind of coupons. Had one location claim I asked for double meat when I presented a coupon at the register. Most online promo codes simply don't work at my locations... Think these days, I'd have to drive 20 some mins each way for the BOGO coupon. There's things I do out that way anyway, but it generally isn't worth the hassle.
... All that said, this seems to be not uncommon of an experience for people. Seems that it isn't really worth allowing coupons at franchisee(?) locations. Still, I'm thankful for this post, and I may even take advantage of it... I feel like the spicy Italians are pretty good for this sort of deal especially

Well said. Same. Every other sandwich place is better now anyways. Subway is a dying dinosaur.

I have a story I think I feel compelled to share. Usually I wouldn't, but I think it's short enough and if someone reading this can take away some insight to then it would be a good way for me to pay it forward.
I redeemed this deal yesterday, ordered you regular veggie delite footlong: buy one, get one : all sub $10 right, sounds like a good deal.
I ate some of the first footlong for dinner and kept the rest and another (free) footlong in the fridge. 30 minutes from when I ate my portion of the first sandwich, I got severe food poisoning. I spent the rest of the evening in and out of the bathroom. I realized the mistakes I've made.
It could very well be that the subway I picked up my sandwich from turned out bad. But, here's my takeaway and something I want you to consider:
- Subway sandwiches are not that good
- which is why they need to lure us with these deals
- YMMV regarding the food safety, but honestly, it's not worth the convenience and certainly not worth the trauma
- vote with your wallet, go for something local if you have a store near by. A few extra dollars end up with a good experience. Subway was a bad experience for me.
- their support (online, Twitter, whatever you want to call it) is abysmal. I hope that company gets gets delisted one day.
So yeah, I learned my lesson yesterday. Never again.
Wow wish I saw this sooner. Split a Larry's "giant" sub with the husband yesterday. Same size as a subway. Very little meat and 11.xx after tax. Our first time there and we were not impressed. Wish I had seen this instead. Could've got a subpar sub for a decent price at least!

Every franchise out anywhere near me in suburban Philly went out of business 3 - 4 years ago. There is almost no Subways at all near me.
Fwiw code worked for me. I've never had an issue when using the bogo codes though I usually add a tip back to make it even money so i can keep my gift card balance straight.
