I bough this in sep 22, thunderbolt port decided to fail on me in nov. no replacement, no refund, sent it out for repair in jan after begging to get it serviced, clocked probably 50 hrs on the phone on three escalation level, all acting clueless, no CS in USA. Dont do it. Don't give Lenovo your business.

comparing the steam deck to a laptop would not be apples to apples. steam deck provides the extra portability a laptop doesn't (play in bed, on the commute, on the toilet, on vacation, etc), while a laptop would provide more versatility.

That sucks to hear, their customer service used to be fast and great for me but I guess times changed.
