I work in the industry and definitely would not use these for a driveway. Also, these lower quality pavers absorb more water which means when it freezes, they will break apart sooner than a higher quality paver you pay more for. Also keep in mind that to get to such a low price, manufacturers put less cement in these paver mixes vs a more expensive paver purchased at a landscape retailer. All things I never knew until I worked for a manufacturer of pavers.
I bought 7 pallets of these 2 years ago. Pretty sure this was the price. I probably would not use again. I think it was around 1k sq ft, i used them in a herringbone pattern. No chance they were 68 cents a brick. Also they make them in 2 colors.
Upside - they are cheap
-being thin you don't have to dig as much
-easy to cut because they are thin
Downsides
-they absorb water and take a long time to dry
-small pavers means a ton of labor because it's just more bricks
-you will spend a lot on polymeric sand because you have so many joints. Like 1/3 the cost of the pavers.
-i needed back surgery after my project
-fairly brittle and break easily, but ok after install
Interested, but not ready to do major work in the backyard until this summer or fall.
Is it okay to have a few thousand pavers in pallets sitting in my backyard exposed to sun and rain for a few months?

After you put them in, these bricks will sit outside, exposed to the sun and rain for a lot longer than a few months.

I just got back from picking up 500 of these at Lowe's. (Wednesday, March 29) They were wonderful and honored the sale price today. Total was $125.00 for 500. There is 702 pavers on a pallet so they pulled 202 pavers and loaded the remaining 500 pavers into my trailer on the pallet! I took a picture but I can't upload it here. The pavers are just a bit thicker than a 2 x 4. I would call it about 1 7/8" thick. So, NOT for a driveway at all. (that is an unprofessional, but experienced, opinion. If you disagree, please be gentle) Even with a very solid and tamped paver base. I thought someone asked about that on another comment. At .25 per paver, these will be spectacular for my walkway. Thank you Slickdeals Community!!

Well, maybe this is a dumb answer, but what do you think they'll be doing when you install them? 😬

I mean, I can round down twelve and a half cents, but when you're doing that 500-1000 times the difference adds up.
