Be aware that this pipe is perforated and has holes around it at 60 degrees apart. There are 6 sets of holes. They are not pluggable, but may be DIY sealable with some type of waterproof caulk adhesive. Probably not worth the effort. However some may welcome the holes since you can passively water a flower bed or disperse the water over a large area for increased groundwater absorption.

Or bury it at the base of a wall for water drainage away from the wall.

FYI for those attempting to use this type of pipe for underground indirect or french-style drainage, you need to either wrap the pipe with a pipe sock or bed and cover it with a combo of gravel/ sand/small rock. Not dirt. If you simply cover the pipe with dirt you are defeating the purpose of the perforations as the holes will be clogged by the dirt.
