Office Depot has TI84 Plus CE graphing calculators for only $82.5!

Been searching one for my about-to be High schooler and realized how expensive these calculators are! Normally in the 120$ range.

White & Red colors are on sale.

TI has a monopoly. Such a bad deal for consumers I wish the govt did something about it. I mean the technology that goes into these things is archaic. A cell phone from 10 years ago probably has more tech in it than these things.
It wasn't color back then.
That's called a racket.

Somehow the TI calculators broke Moore's Law.

There's an app you can get for your phone that basically makes it a Ti-84, called Graphing Calculator x84. Just plan to pay the $5 if you'll depend on it because the ads suck.

Also just keep an eye out at garage sales these things routinely go for $10 when there's no more kids on the house. Past high school no one uses them anymore.

yeah seems like it. TI-84 is still the "preferred" model in all high schools across USA.

The problem is the kids can only use "approved" calculators at exams like SAT. That's why TI has such a markup on them.
