That $30 of food is about $23 worth or a bit more than that. No fees which was super slick. THis was an excellent deal and I recieved a $30 refund for the food coming late.
Also the dasher made a killing because 3 peopele unnassigned before him and the pay probably increased a lot. Wendy's offered $30+ dollars of their own money and doordash probably lost another $45 in the process
He apologized profusely and even offered to give me his watch. I felt terrible... adjusted my tip up to $15 for him.
The order was filled immediately and delivered tonight.
