Haven't had any issues with my Pixel 7 Pro. Paid just over $400 for it around Black Friday. Never had issues with internet or data. I was afraid I'd get pissed off by the in-screen fingerprint reader but it's actually pretty decent once you record your fingers well (need 2 attempts maybe 10% of the time). Battery is great, I've never run out in a busy day. And I love the camera and photo post-processing. At the $400 price point, it's definitely not a bad flagship. I'd be lucky to find a S23Ultra for twice that much.

I used to be a Pixel 7 fan but then the bugs came in and i started to be less impressed. Even installed the March update and factory reset but still ran into issues.

Pro's:
- Great Camera
- Multi Carrier support
- Signal polling was fixed in the March update as I did give Google an extensive bug report including logs on how terrible it was before that update.

Cons:
- Call performance is poor on Verizon compared to iPhone 14 Plus and a Samsung galaxy S22+, all phones were tested in two scenarios 1. Was out and about in the field, and 2. Was tested in an actual RF chamber.

- Runs on a rebranded Samsung Exynos platform and had some crashing in certain apps, possible that those apps are not Tensor optimized.

- Pixel 7 Pro has a curved screen which is a major drawback, not to mention Samsung dumped curved screens on many but not all of their devices due to consumer feedback.

- My Pixel 7 has a rattling sound as if something is loose inside. I also have a iPhone 14 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S22+ and both of those phones don't rattle when shaken.

I got the 7 Pro on the Mint deal at the end of last year. Was having problems when going in and out of Wifi networks. The problem seems to have been fixed. Not sure if it was me messing with settings or an update. I'll probably regret mentioning it.

I'm not seeing the $299 for the non-pro for some reason.
Anyone know if you can do trade-ins in person? Kinda considering the 6a since they're offering me 165 for my iphone XR

I have been using Spectrum for the last 6 months (Got 1 yr free with new internet customer promo). Never had any issues with the service. Getting 400+ Mbps down and 20 Mbps up on 5G (YMMV based on your location)

Try opening the stock camera app and zoom in 4x or greater. Does the rattling stop? It may just be the camera's zoom module inside and that's just how it's built.

Agree with the sucky sucky part about the pixel phones. You did pay too much at this time for S22+ though. I think I paid under $300 all said and done at launch after trade in of a half decent phone. Though I realize Samsung trade-in deals are crappier now than the olden golden days.

Switched from ATT to Spectrum two months ago, couldn't be happier, they use Verizon towers so much better reliability. Currently using a Google 7 Pro with no issues in service or speed. PS the rattling is the zoom on one of the rings, annoying yes but I rarely shake my phone so 🤷
