Make sure if you paste it there are no extra spaces, I got an error message, hit backspace killing an extra (invisible) space/ making the cursor flush with the "0", and then it worked.

We first got W+ when we got Covid in Jan of 2021, and have kept it ever since, mostly because going to the grocery store with kids is an awful experience vs having groceries dropped our on porch. At first, their service was great, and then sometime last year, I was also constantly receiving late or delayed deliveries. Support was never any help whatsoever. They'd always just tell me to cancel and re-order, which, when you're ordering $5-600 groceries at a time (I have a large family), is a total PITA. Not just to re-add all 150 items back into the cart, but to have to schedule another delivery window in a day or two. I also strongly considered just telling them to shove it and cancel, but the idea of dragging a bunch of kids to the grocery store and coming home with more than I wanted sucked, so we begrudgingly kept it.

I'll gladly say that their service in 2023 has been great so far. Lots of times I'll have my deliveries actually come 30 mins before my window. Sometimes that's problematic due to work/kid schedules, but it's much preferable to being a day late, or not come at all.

Me too. I also don't appreciate that they are trying to leave their online customers no choice but to join W+ by making many products unavailable for ship to home whether paying a shipping fee or not (when reaching the minimum $ ) Looks like Amazon will be getting a whole lot more of my business.
