I usually tip $10/order of a few hundred, once every 3 weeks or so, so it would save me more than the $40/year.

They have their own people now. From what I understand they bought Spark.

Edited: DD/Walmart parted ways last fall (August/Sept 2022) so if your service improved over the winter, that's why.

No issues for me. They've been on time ever since they dropped DD. It even comes early sometimes.
