Probably don't want to burn their homes? I imagine BestBuy puts more effort into testing the chargers they sell under house brand, because they have a lot more to lose in a lawsuit then a seller on AliExpress.

Just search for 'toocki 100w gan' and can't find one at the price mentioned that support (PPS) 3.3-21V~5.0A like Insignia 112W does.
So is there one from toockiat 100W+ charger (or any decent brand) for around $18 that DO support PPS?
If there is no decent brand name (I believe Insignia is Best Buy's brand(?)) charger that support PPS 3.3-21V~5.0A at lower price, may be that's why people try get this?
