Looks like the price just dropped on this 16" M1 Pro MacBook Pro. $1799 from Costco with the extra year warranty. Previous lowest i've seen from a reputable seller was $1999. A comparable M2 Pro will run $2299 I believe, so this is $500 cheaper.

Solid deal if you're looking for the 16-inch model.
