I would not recommend walmart+. Seems like about 75% of the items I want they either won't ship or require a scheduled delivery (which usually either requires or strongly requests a tip). I honestly find myself hardly ever using walmart+ because of this caveat. I'll be discontinuing my service next go-round if that doesn't change. Feel like it was a bait and switch when they promised free shipping and then it turned out it was only on select items.

Not sure but I always find Walmart a bit wonky.

I don't have the + account and I wanted to order an $1 item for pickup. It was not available but free delivery was available. They had someone drive from a neighboring Walmart just to deliver me a $1 item. Not that I'm complaining. I think the gas and time of the employee exceeds that $1 item. Lol

here's the thing, you get free shipping on things walmart lets you get free shipping on - ie, not everything walmart sells qualifies for free shipping. This can be really annoying - I wanted to order tums, and every version was free shipping except the one I wanted (which was sold by walmart). The only option for that was store pickup (with a $7 fee) or delivery from store (for which you have to tip).

I would never tip the driver. No idea what they pay drivers or care. The driver is free to get a better job if it's not enough. This is like tipping the person checking you in store cuz she don't make enough, lol people need to stop tipping all together. It's the employers job to pay the employee. I am just buying a good or service, their employees work for them not me.

I sure wish they would open this up to my area. I've been waiting for years.

Makes no sense that I can order certain shelf stable things like cereal or tuna and it's driven to me by an employee at the local store, but I can't order bread or milk bc Walmart+ isn't available.

I got 3 free months from T-Mobile. I only used it for grocery delivery and it was 50/50. Literally. I made 4 orders and two were never confirmed.

You don't have to tip drivers. That is just an option. I will say that Walmart is convenient for same day delivery of food as long as they have it in stock. Sometimes it shows in stock but they can't fulfill which sucks. I only paid $50 and it is great for that price.
