I don't have the + account and I wanted to order an $1 item for pickup. It was not available but free delivery was available. They had someone drive from a neighboring Walmart just to deliver me a $1 item. Not that I'm complaining. I think the gas and time of the employee exceeds that $1 item. Lol

Even when you do have it delivered, it will usually be booked out a day or two in advance, and availablity is so-so on the weekends. Once again, often you just end up buying from somewhere closer.

Escalated to exec customer service and finally got it resolved (since they had actually billed me the $98 and wouldn't refund) but it should not have been so difficult.
