Allsteel's chairs seem well designed, but Steelcase has a better track record in terms of durability, as well as more adjustability features. I hope this helps. If you want to research office chairs more fully, I would encourage checking out the YouTube channel BTOD, as well as the websites of the respective companies. Thanks.

If you're 6'2"+, consider this: https://www.staples.com/gry-mattr..._245447
There's also an option for shorter/standard seats. Similar warranty to Steelcase; commercial grade.
Steelcase chairs are one-size-fits-all-heights.
After the lockdowns once we got back to work I got my boss to buy me another one from them for the office.
I haven't had a problem with either of them, and they're incredibly comfortable for me. I've been using the cheap $100 office chairs from Staples for the last 10+ years prior to this and always had back pain after just an hour or so sitting in those chairs. Not to mention they are incredibly poor quality and last maybe a year before needing to be replaced. Haven't had any back pain since I got the Leap, even with 12+ hour days, and they're still in the same perfect working condition as when I bought them.
