It's interesting I was in a Walgreens yesterday and I had the B+L allergy Opcon drops in cart so I decided to just grab them in person. There were 2 coupons and it was my first time using the Walgreens app "my wallet" feature and only one coupon ($6) worked. Also there was a Walgreens brand med B1G50% off 2nd clearly on website but not when checkout in store. I live 5min from there so I told them it's okay I'll order online and do pick up later. The in-store price for those totaled $20 and $11.xx when I did curbside pickup.

My Walgreens stores are always higher priced than the app and they say they cannot change the price to what is in the app or price match the app. I have to place the order and do curbside pickup and wait 5 minutes and then go back inside and got my order or have them walk out the door and bring it to my car just to get it for the cheaper price

I went through the same thing a long time ago. What is interesting is that it really should be the other way around. The store in general should make more sales when the customer shops at the store in person rather than online. I have never understood that concept.
